TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking and deposit

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment online or by direct bank transfer. The required payment will be displayed during the online reservation process. Deposits and part payments can only be made if booking in advance of 60 days or over and must be arranged by phone or email. Any part payments made online without prior arrangement will not constitute a confirmed booking.
Cancellation or change Cancellation or amendments to bookings must be notified by email and will be subject to the following charges:
- Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance;
- Notice given less than 7 days prior to arrival or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance.
Whilst we will endeavor to be flexible with changes to clients' travel plans, amendments to bookings will be accommodated at the discretion of rent-a-pad.eu in consideration of the volume of bookings and potential financial loss to rent-a-pad.eu
. Rent-a-pad.eu recommends clients purchase travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Arrival procedure

Confirmation of booking will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Please print a copy of the email to bring with you; it has all the information that you need on arrival. On confirmation of booking clients will also be provided with contact details for support throughout the duration of stay. Any late change to arrival time must be notified in good time to rent-a-pad.eu using the telephone numbers provided; rent-a-pad.eu will not be held responsible for check-in delays where adequate notice has not been provided to notify changes to arrival time.

Check-In

Generally after 15:00pm, early arrival should be arranged prior.
Check-Out Generally 11:00 hours, late check out can be arranged with management team on the day prior to departure.

During your stay

Clients must treat the accommodation and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the accommodation and its surroundings must be respected at all times. Any damage to the accommodation, fixtures, fittings or equipment must be notified to the management immediately, particularly where repairs may be necessary. All damages caused by neglect will be charged to the client.

Behavior

Clients are expected to show consideration and respect towards neighbors and behave in a suitable manner. The management reserves the right to evict from the premises any clients that breach the peace, infringe on others or cause a nuisance. Rent-a-pad will not be held liable to make any refund or compensation under such circumstances.

Cleaning

The accommodation will be cleaned prior to arrival. On departure, clients are required take out the garbage and leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition. The management will be entitled to charge additional fees if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition. Additional periodic or regular cleaning during clients' stay will be provided at an extra charge of 50 PLN per session.

Number of guests

The number of guests must be specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, only the numbers of guests indicated at the time of booking are authorized to use the accommodation and must not exceed its allocated capacity. In the event of any infringement of these obligations, the management will be entitled to evict the clients from the accommodation without any obligation to refund or compensation.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Liabilities

Rent-a-pad will not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses due to fire, theft or criminal behavior
. Complaint and Disputes
Any complaints must be made in writing by email to complaints@rent-a-pad.eu. In the event of any unresolved dispute the courts in Poland will have sole jurisdiction on such matters. Polish law prevalent at the time will apply.
